William carried out a refurbishment on my elderly Mums bathroom. This involved removing the existing bath and installing a beautiful new walk in shower complete with hand rails and fitted shower seat. The refurb also included a new toilet, sink and vanity unit, new ceiling panels and aqua boarding.
Whilst the work was being carried out Mum moved in with myself and we felt very comfortable as a family leaving William in Mums house. As we don’t live locally William kept in touch with us to let us know how the work was progressing and made suggestions to an excellent high end finished bathroom that Mum is really enjoying as she can now shower safely.
William is completely trustworthy, patient, hardworking and very professional and nothing was too much trouble. The work was carried out to a very high standard and within our budget. As a family we would not hesitate in recommending William James Bathrooms. Thank you.
